October is Grants Month at Fairhive – apply for a community project grant up to £10,000
Housing provider seeking out deserving causes to benefit from community project funding of £3,000 and £10,000.
OCTOBER 6 2022. FOR IMMEDIATE ISSUE
October is Fairhive’s Grants Month. If you represent a community group within the Aylesbury Vale area, you have a great chance to apply for a one-off £3,000 micro-grant or £10,000 project grant towards facilities for your group.
Fairhive Homes, a leading affordable housing provider for the Aylesbury Vale area and beyond, is actively seeking both volunteer and community groups to benefit from the funding available – and the possibilities are endless.
If you apply for a micro-grant the money could be used for the refurbishment of meeting rooms, computer or technical equipment, sporting goods, or room hire/rental.
Or maybe you’re thinking of applying for a project grant which could go towards a full-scale building refurbishment, part of a salary for specialist assistance or even a vehicle.
Helen Wells, Fairhive Homes Grants Officer, said: “Pretty much the only thing that will limit your application is your own imagination! We are very much open to hearing about any activity that needs financial assistance and benefits others in the community.”
However Helen pointed out that for the current grants cycle all applications for a micro-grant or project grant must be made by October 31.
And the process couldn’t be easier – to request an application from please email tcfgrant@fairhive.co.uk and you will receive one by return.
Helen added: “This really is a unique chance to gain funding that groups are often badly needing – so don’t waste any time!”
