Welcome to our new residents and colleagues from Bucks Housing
With the start of the new year, we’re pleased to welcome new residents and team members who are joining us from BHA (formerly Buckinghamshire Housing Association). We have joined with BHA to become a single combined housing association, delivering homes and services for those in housing need across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.
On Monday 9th January, we held induction sessions and workshops to introduce our newest colleagues into their teams. If you are familiar with the members of the BHA team, you might recognise a fe
w of the new Fairhive members! We’re happy to say that a lot of the team moved across to similar roles with our teams and will be helping us to provide consistent services to all former BHA residents.
Heather Moore, Organisation Development Manager added, “It was great to see so many BHA staff choosing to be part of this joint venture and we had an enjoyable day getting to know each other. I am sure together, our combined efforts will enable us to achieve more for our residents and the communities in which we work."
