We're finalists at the 2023 Housing Digital Awards!
We're so pleased to have been shortlisted for the most innovative approach to culture and wellbeing at the 2023 Housing Digital Innovation Awards!
Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion is a strong focus for our organisation. Our people make the difference; it is important that our employees can be their true selves at work, being proud of themselves and their contribution.
We hold quarterly Inclusion Networks covering various subject matters. These have included Diabetes, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis and the Menopause. Early next year, we will be running a session on living life Transgender. We've made these available to all employees to sign up to for and provided extra resources to support in these areas. Many of our colleagues have attended the networks from across the business, from our newly joined Apprentices to our most senior Directors.

Our EDI culture extends to you, our residents, ensuring our services meet diverse needs. Through our Customer Service Commitments, our employees are committed to respecting our residents’ diversity, treating all residents respectfully and ensuring their views are included in our service delivery. Employees are committed to improving residents’ well-being through reducing social isolation, providing mental health training, signposting residents to community support and tackling stigma.
In addition to this, we have pledged to make all our resident communication ‘clear, timely and accessible’. We provide translation services, BSL, audio versions of written literature, and various special print requirements.
