We work with Localz, our customer rngagement platform, to send updates about when our operatives will arrive to complete your repairs, as well as sending follow-up text messages about providing us feedback.
If you take a few minutes to provide us feedback, the next time you have a repair, you will automatically be entered into our quarterly draw to win a voucher of £100! Please read the full Terms and Conditions below:
How to enter
You will automatically be entered into this promotion when you respond to a text message with feedback about your repair appointment.
The prize draw will run quarterly, and the deadlines for entries are 30th June, 30th September, 31st December and 31st March (2022/23).
The prize draws will run until further notice, we reserve the right to cancel this prize draw at any time.
Winners will be notified within 1 month of the closing date.
Terms and Conditions
1. Entrants must have entered before midnight, on 30th June 2022, 30th September 2022, 31st December 2022 and 31st March 2023.
2. Entrants will be automatically included in the prize draw to win a £100 gift voucher.
3. There will be ongoing quarterly prize draws each taking place within 1 month of each closing date.
4. Each prize draw closes at midnight on the closing date and after this date no more entries will be permitted.
5. The winners will be drawn at random on the dates specified and notified within 1 month thereafter, by email or telephone.
6. Prize must be claimed within 14 days of being notified.
7. The prize is a £100 gift voucher.
8. No cash alternative will be substituted for the prize.
9. We will not take responsibility for any missing or delayed entries.
10. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Only one entry per repairs appointment is permitted.
12. We reserve the right to change or cancel the terms of the prize at any time.

14. Winner may be asked by us if they wish to take part in and co-operate with any publicity events taking place in conjunction with this competition.
15. The prize draw is only available to our residents aged 16 and over.
16. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
17. The prize draw is governed by English Law.
