The Estate Services Team undertake the estate management function to ensure that communal areas on our estates and within our flatted properties are maintained to a high standard.

Estate Management is the effective management of the environment around our properties and any common areas (within our title), to ensure that the neighbourhood is well maintained and a safe and secure place to live.

You can contact the team about:

• Assisted gardening service to help keep your garden maintained

• Building Cleaning in our flatted blocks 

• the service our caretakers carry out including Fly-tipping

• How we carry out our Grounds Maintenance

• How to apply for improvements to your community through our 'Nurture your Neighbourhood' scheme

• Any ideas to improve the safety of your communal area and neighbourhood

Great Gardens Competition

Our popular Great Gardens competition is back for another year where we celebrate the residents who keep their gardens looking fantastic! Our categories this year are:
• Best Garden
• Best Communal Garden
• Best Edible Garden 

 

How to enter

All you have to do is tell us a bit about your Great Garden by emailing us at gardeningcompetition@fairhive.co.uk and sending in some pictures of your garden. If you do not have access to email but would still like to enter then please contact us on 01296 732600 or write to us at Gardening Competition, Fairfax House, 69 Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, Bucks HP20 2NJ and we will get in touch to help you out!
